 In the hills of Judea, between Jerusalem and Hebron, Jewish life has returned and flourished where our forefathers once walked. After the heroic fall of Gush Etzion in 1948, generations dreamed of returning and in 1967, that dream became reality as the children of Gush Etzion came home to rebuild what had been lost.

The Gush Etzion Foundation was established in 1997 to strengthen the communities and people of Gush Etzion.

Today, more than 31,000 residents live across 28 vibrant communities spread over 110 square miles.

Every day, the Foundation helps protect and build this extraordinary region, strengthening security, supporting the development of communities that safeguard Jewish land, caring for soldiers, bereaved families, and those carrying the pain of trauma and loss, and investing in education, heritage, and the next generation.
